摘要
0.1%海藻糖浸种,经2℃和6℃低温处理后,水稻幼苗细胞电解质渗漏率远比对照低,淀粉酶活性及幼苗可溶性糖含量则远比对照高,寒害修复也比对照快。处理温度愈低,海藻糖相对效应愈显著。据此认为,海藻糖能在水稻幼苗低温脱水时,维持细胞膜结构的稳定性,从而提高了水稻幼苗的抗寒性。
Rice seeds presoaked with 0.1% trehalose were kept at 2℃ and 6℃.The leakage ofcell electrolytes of the resulting seedlings was remarkably lower,amylase activity and sol-uble sugar content were higher,and the recovery of the seedlings from chilling injury wasfaster than the untreated control.The relative effect of trehalose was more notable whenthe seeds were treated at lower temperature.It is suggested that trehalose facilitates thestability of cell membranes of the rice seedlings when they experience dehyxdreation atlow temperatures,thus improving their chilling—resistance.
