摘要
应用日本林知己夫的数量化理论探讨了小麦籽粒蛋白质、赖氨酸含量,单株籽粒蛋白质产量与籽粒颜色、形状和株高整齐度、穗形、幼苗习性、籽粒整齐度等10个质量性状间的数量关系。筛选出了对赖氨酸含量等品质性状有显著影响的质量性状。建立了用质量性状预测蛋白质、赖氨酸含量和单株籽粒蛋白质产量的数学模型。指出了数量化理论应用于作物性状相关研究的方法和可行性。
Quantification theory I is applied to the study of the interrelationshipbetween grain protein content(GPC),grain lysine content(GLC)andgrain protein yield per plant(GPY),on the one hand,and ten qualitativetraits,on the other hand.Mathematical models have been established for theprediction of seed quality by the qualitative traits of the plant:graincolour,uniformity in plant height,spike type,seedling growing habit,uniformity in seed size and some others.It is argued that application ofthe quantification theory to the correlation study of crops traits is feasible,and the methods of its adoption are proposed.
