摘要
6个籼粳杂种一代的分蘖力、株高、穗长、上部三片叶面积超过高亲值或对照(汕优63)分别达到显著或极显著水平,叶片夹角偏向小值亲本,穗颈长、叶片厚度、含水量表现双亲均值,正向或负向优势均未达显著水平。分蘖期至乳熟期的单株叶面积、叶片含氮量的正向优势均达到显著或极显著水平,叶绿素含量在分蘖盛期未表现明显的优势,抽穗期至乳熟期则显著或极显著超过高亲值或对照。各主要生育时期的过氧化氢酶活性均具有明显的优势,过氧化物酶活性前期较低。抽穗期到乳熟期则极显著超过高亲值和对照。
In the F_1 of six crosses between indica and japonica rice,tilleringcapacity,plant height,panieal length and the total area of the three leavesfrom the plant top greatly exceeded their respective greater parents orShan You 63,a cultivar used as the control.Their leaf angle tended tobe similar to their smaller parents.Panicle exsertion,leaf thickness andwater content were approximately the mean of the two parents.A signifi-cant positive heterosis was observed in both leaf area per plant and leafN content from tillering stage to milking stage.Chlorophyll content show-ed little heterosis at full tillering stage;however,it substantially surpa-sed their greater parents or the control from heading stage to milkingstage.Significant heterosis was maintained throughout the growing periodin catalase activity.Peroxidase activity appeared low at tilleting stage,but exceeded their greater parents or the control later from heading stageto milking stage.
