摘要
乙醇在0.25~2.5%范围内,有抑制质膜破坏、丙二醛(MDA)积累的趋势,且抑制效应随乙醇浓度增大而增强,但对超氧化物歧化酶、(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及抗坏血酸(Vc)含量影响不大,说明乙醇是通过清除羟基自由基(·OH)保护质膜免于破坏。高浓度(5%)的乙醇、加速SOD、CAT 活性及Vc 含量下降,促进质膜破坏、MDA 积累,处理4天,质膜几乎完全破坏,透性高达97.5%,说明高浓度乙醇对叶片有毒害作用。
Treatment of detached wheat leaves with ethanol showed that ethanolat lower concentrations(ranging from 0.25 to 2.5%)inhibited the destruc-tion of plasma membrane and the accumulation of malonaldehyde(MDA),but had little influence on superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activity or the content of ascorbic acid(Vc).With the higest concentrationin this study(5%),ethanol accelerated the decline of SOD and CATactivity and sped up the destruction of plasma membrane,suggesting thathigher levels(>5%)of ethanol would be toxic to wheat leaves.
