有机肥配施化肥对紫色土酶活性的影响

摘要 在紫色土上,有机肥与化肥配合施用,土壤转化酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶的活性均较高,这对土壤养分的转化及氮素的均衡供应十分有利。其活性与土壤有机质和松结态腐殖质呈显著正相关,表明土壤肥力的提高和有机质的更新与这三种酶的活性密切相关,可以作为紫色土的肥力指标之一。单施化肥对土壤转化酶有抑制。长期施用有机肥,土壤脲酶的“保护容量”增加,施用猪厩肥的处理更为明显。 In the brown purplish soil,urease,catalase and sucrase wereactitivated by combined application of organic manures and chemicalfertilizers,the effects being most pronounced at the middle and late stagesof rice growth,as compared with pure chemical fertilizer application,which exhibited an inhibitory effect on sucrase activity.Activation ofthe three enzxmes accounted for the persistency of the effects of manuredressing.Urase “protection capacity” of the soil was enhanced in manuretreatments,especially when pig slurrg was applied.A linear positivecorrelation was found between soil organic matter and the activity of thethree soil enzymes.Similarly,the content of humus softly-banding withsoil clay materials was positively correlated with the activity of sucrase(r=0.745~*),urease(r=o.876~*)and catalase(r=0.801~*).It is conclu-ded that the three soil enzymes affect the renewal of soil organic matterand may be taken as an index of soil fertility.
