摘要
柑桔炭疽菌分生孢子萌发及附着胞形成需要高湿(RH100%),而水滴则更有利。其最适温度为20℃左右,最适pH 为5—6;光的影响不显著。丰富的营养促进分生孢子的萌发,减少附着胞形成,而饥饿则刺激附着胞形成。在适温下(20—30℃),脂类物质能大大增加分生孢子萌发率和附着胞形成率。
The optimum temperature for conidia germination and appressoriaformation by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.is about 20℃ and theoptimum pH is in the range of 5-6,while the effects of light are notsignificant.High humidity(RH 100%)is necessary,but water bead ismore favorable.Abundant nutrients promote conidia germination andreduce appressoria formatiou.At 20—30℃,lipoids tend to substantiallyincrease the percentage of conidia germination and appressoria formation.Lipoids are considered the key factor stimulating appressoria formation.
