摘要
今后5-10年,是我国经济结构调整的重要时期,结构调整是经济发展的主线。随着经济的不断发展,我国宏观经济环境发生了重大变化,已由长期短缺转变为相对过剩。在经济环境由长期短缺转向相对过剩的新形势下,我国工业结构的调整的重点应由以增量调整为主转向以存量调整为主,由适应性结构调整转向战略性结构调整。
The time of coming five to ten years is the important period of our economic structure adjustment.Structure adjustment is a tread of economic development.With the economy' s developing,our macroeconomic environment has a large change,relative excess instead of long-time shortage.In the new situation,the emphasis of our industrial structuring ought to implement surplus adjustment instead of incremental adjustment,strategic adjustment instead of adaptability adjustment.
