摘要
我国养老保险基金入市投资运营的迫切性已毋庸置疑。从养老保险基金运营的诸多制度因素及其缺陷的角度,结合国情,分析制约我国养老保险基金入市投资运营的障碍,其中包括筹资收入障碍、投资模式障碍、法人治理结构障碍,另外还有资本市场问题和政府角色定位的问题。
Undoubtedly it is a matter of great urgency for China’s old-age insurance fund to enter in to markets and make investment.In the light of various institutional factors affecting the operation of ald-age insurance fund and their defects,and China’s national conditions,the paper analyzes the barriers impeding market access and investment operation of China’s ald-age insurance fund,including income barriers to capital-raising,barriers of investment models,problems of governance structures of legal person,problems of capital market,and positioning problems of the government ’s role.
