摘要
与宏观经济体制改革整体相似,股票市场的变迁和演进也是一个渐进模式下的逐渐规范化过程;它同样可以有以增量创新为主导的前期阶段和以存量调整为主导的后期阶段之分。股票市场在发展演进中所处的阶段和该阶段固有的特点决定了市场进一步演变的方向,也决定了市场规范与发展的辩证关系。
Being similar to the overall reform of macroeconomic system,the evolution of the stock market is also a gradual normalization process under the gradual model:It also can be divided into the initial stage dominated by the incremental innovation and the late stage dominated by the stock adjustment.The evolution stage of the stock market and the inborn characteristics of the stage determines th direction of further development of the market,and the dialectic relations between market normalization and development.
