摘要
研究了化学镀镍的工艺问题以及络合剂和其他一些助剂的添加对于镀层质量和废液成分的影响 ,在考虑到镀层的质量的同时 ,还要考虑到废水处理和环保问题 ,因为大量的有机络合剂和添加剂的加入 ,使废镀液和废水的处理难度加大。
Electroless Ni P plating processes and the wastewater treatment thereof are investigated. In light of the fact that a large quantity of complexes and other additives existing in the bath will affect coating quality and make wastewater treatment more difficult, a new evironment friendly electroless Ni P plating process suitable for production is developed.
