摘要
化学镀镍磷合金镀层由于其非晶态结构而具有优异的性能。本文通过使用一种新型的添加剂 ,获得了磷含量为 10 %~ 4 0 %的高磷非晶态合金镀层。实验结果表明 :(1)镀层中磷含量随着添加剂含量的增加而提高 ;(2 )高磷合金镀层当磷含量控制在 10 %~ 15 %时 ,在酸性介质中具有优异的耐蚀性能 ;(3)镀层中磷含量高 。
Electroless Ni P alloy coating has excellent performances due to its amorphous structure. A high P amorphous alloy coating, which contains 10 40% of phosphous, is obtained with a new additive. The experimental results show:(1) Phosphorus in coating increases with the content of additive.(2) High P alloy coating posseses a good corrosion resisting performance in acidic media when phosphorus content is controlled within 10 15%.(3) High P coating has a good shielding performance.
