摘要
生态文化理念是传统生态伦理的核心内容 ,生态文化理念的研究意义就在认识生态伦理的功能。但无论是生态理念的传播还是生态伦理功能的发挥 ,都有赖于环境保护的主体———人的现实生存问题的解决 ,尤其是经济发展过程中边缘化人群生活问题的解决。因此 ,生态伦理应给予边缘化人群确实的关注 ,才能达到生态文化的伦理目的。
The essay mainly states the traditional ecology ethics,which only emphasizes on the ecological culture but ignores of the attention to the life of the poor and cannot point out relative measures to the improvement of those who are experiencing the edge of a economic bankruptcy.By the statement of cultural field and the functions of the ecology ethics,the writer points out that the practical ecology ethics should pay much attention to the life improvement of those who are poor and are on the frontier sides.Only in this way can the ecology ethics act its practical actions on the improvement of the ecological environment.
