将EFIFV_(114)株感染MA_(104)、BSC细胞获得成功,病毒抗原检出时间分别在病毒感染细胞后第一代的第4天和第6天,病毒抗原在 MA_(104)细胞上的检出时间较 Vero-E。细胞早两天,并且具有与 Vero-E_6细胞相同的生长特性。病毒释放商峰在其感染细胞后第9~13天,病毒在两株细胞中的效价均可达到 TCID_(50)10^(-6)/0.1ml,这一研究为 EHFV 提供了新的细胞系统。
EHFV_114 strain had succeeded in propagation in MA_10,and BSC cell culture.Viral antigen can be detected in the fourth and sixth day in the infected ceils after inoculation.The detected time of viral antigen in MA_104, is 2 days earlier than that in Vero-E_6 cell.In addition the pro-pagation character of EHFV in MA_104 is similar to that in Veto-E_8 cell.The top of release is between 9 and 13 days after infection.The virus titer both can reached to TCID_50 10^(-6)/0.1ml in MA_104 and BSC cells.Our results supply a new cell system for the EHF virus.
