Cardiac defibrillators & cardiac defibrillator-monitor are necessary apparatus for ambulance in hospital. Without the verification regulation and the calibration device for these instruments, the quality of this kind of apparatus has been out of control. An effective and feasible method and analyzer for cardiac defibrillators & cardiac defibrillator-monitor was presented in the paper.
