油菜叶绿体的衰老与渍水的关系 被引量:4

摘要 油菜叶绿体会因植株渍水而加速衰老,其衰老过程随渍水时间延长而加快,随叶位升高而减慢。它的衰老不仅表现在外部形态的变化,而且内部结构也出现异常,如类囊体系统排列紊乱,肿胀加剧,泡状化程度增高;基质减少,染色变浅;被膜破裂,基质外流,叶绿体彻底解体。由渍水而引起的叶绿体膜层结构的破坏,很可能是渍水引起植株衰老的主要原因之一。 Relationship between the chloroplast senescence in rape leaves(Brassica napus L.) and waterlogging was studied by transmissionelectron microscopy. This study shows that the chloroplast senesce-nce is accelerated with the development of the extension of waterlog-ging time but decreases with the development of position of leaf.The chloroplast changes are not only in morphology but also in in-ner structures, such as thylakoid system swells, their vesiculationaldegree is gradually higher and higher, thylakoids and matrix gradu-ally decrease; the chloroplast envelopes appear to be breakdown,matrix flows the outsides of the chloroplasts, thus lead to the disin-tegration of chloroplasts thoroughly. The author concluded that the damage of chloroplast lamellar structure may be one of the main fa-ctors in accelerating rape plant senescence by waterlogging.
