摘要
本文研究了外源细胞分裂素诱导日本菟丝子形成吸器的机理。结果表明,吸器原基细胞中含有丰富的钙调素;应用钙调素的专一性抑制剂三氟啦嗪有抑制细胞分裂素诱导吸器形成的作用,由此可见,细胞分裂素在诱导吸器形成过程中可能有钙调素参与,本文还对吸器的“向性”问题进行了讨论,认为吸器的“向性”生长也与钙调素有关。
Reserched the mechanism of haustorial formation induced by exoge-nous cytokinin. The result showed that there is very rich calmodulin inhaustorial primordia and the formation of the primordia induced by thecytokinin application could be inhibited with Trifluoperazine which isa special inhibitor for calmodulin activation. According to this result,calmodulin may participate in the formation of haustorium. The tropicgrowth of haustorium is also discussed and it is considered that the growth was also relating to calmodulin.
