摘要
观察比较了陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum L.)野生种系latifolium花粉在2个栽培品种岱字棉15和泗棉2号柱头上的活体萌发情况。结果表明,花粉管延伸速度与栽培品种自花授粉相同,杂交结铃正常,说明它们在遗传上是完全亲和的。电镜观察表明,latifolium不同发育时期的柱头表皮乳突细胞存在着结构差异,这可能导致了花粉萌发率的差异。
The germination of pollen grain of Gossypium hirsutum L. race latifo-lium on the stigma of two commercial varieties (Deltapine 15, Simian 2)was observed. The growth of pollen tubes in the style was not differentfrom that of self-pollinated commercial varieties. The hybrid bolls werenormal. It was evident that they were genetically compatible. In latifolium,by scanning electronic microscope examination, structural differences hadbeen found in epidermatous cell of stigma in different developmental sta-ge. This probably resulted in the differences of the germination percen-tage of pollen grain.
