分光光度法测定地面水中微量敌枯双的研究

摘要 酸性条件下,TK5477经亚硝基化后,以萘乙二胺显色,用光度法测定含置。摩尔吸光系数(ε)为2.2×10~4、桑德尔灵敏度(S)是0.028μg/cm^2。吸光度为0.030时,检出浓度为0.5ppm,若低于此浓度时,用萃取光度法可提高灵敏度10倍。 TK5477 was nitrifyed under the acid condition and colottrated with N- (1-naphthyl)ethylene diamine.Then it was detected by spectrophotometric methods,ε was 2.2×10~4 and S 0.028/μg/cm^2.When absorbance was 0.030, detectable cencentration was 0.5 ppm.If the concentration was Iess than 0.5 ppm,sensitivity was increased by 10 times with extraction spectropho- tometric methods.
