摘要
本文较详细地介绍了87例鼓室成形术患者术前进行的咽鼓管碘油造影检查法。根据X线片可分为4组:1组正常,2例:2组通畅良好,67例;3组完全堵塞,6例;4组通畅不良,个别病例矫治后可恢复其通畅性,12例。前二组应视为手术适应证,3组列为手术禁忌症,4组有部分病例可转为适应证,但术后持久成功的为数有限。
A new method applying 40% lipoidol to examination of Eustachian tube- tube tympanography-was studied in 87 patients for tympanoplasty.According to the X-ray films it was divided in following 4 groups:first group,ventilation is normal,there are only 2 cases who were woudered;second group,tube is good in 67 cases,however one of them appeared pathological;third group,total obstuction with 6 cases who is considered as inoperable;fourth group,ventilation is bad with 12 patients in thisn condition which has had various pathogenic changes in tube,someone can be cured and operated on but others can not.This paper showed that recommended method is valuable, practical and useful.
