摘要
将在一定沉淀条件下制备的稀土草酸盐在 85 0℃下灼烧 1~ 2 4h ,得到了Nd2 O3,Eu2 O3和Y2 O3样品。利用Coulter计数法、比表面积分析仪和扫描电镜研究了灼烧时间对稀土氧化物的粒度、比表面积和形貌的影响。结果表明 ,长时间灼烧虽有利于改善颗粒的粒度分布 ,但会导致颗粒的比表面积急剧减小 。
Nd 2O 3, Eu 2O 3 and Y 2O 3 were prepared by calcining the corresponding oxalates precipitated under fixed experimental conditions at 850 ℃ for 1~24 h. The particle size, BET specific surface area and morphology of the as prepared oxides were characterized by Coulter multi sizing instrument, specific surface area analyzer and scanning electronic microscopy, respectively. The experimental results show that long time calcining will decrease the specific surface area of the oxide powders and lead to the severe inter aggregating between the particles, though it is a bit beneficial to improving the particle size distribution.
