摘要
使用日产F-20S冻干器对7种生物材料(猪肝、蛋黄、蛋清、牛奶、马铃薯匀浆、丁香花粉和70%葡萄糖溶液)进行脱水进程的测定。实验证明材料的脱水率与材料原始含水量无关;进程曲线呈较平滑抛物线;在脱水初始阶段,同种材料的各重复间脱水率不同,而在后期则渐趋一致。
The dewatering process of 7 materials (pig liver, albumin, yolk, milk, potato tuber, dove pollen and 70% glucose solution) is determined by using F-20S Freeze Dryer (Japan). No relationship is observed between the dewatering rate and the original water content of the material. The dewatering curves are smooth parabolic curves. The dewatering rates of same kind material are different at the initial, but turn to uniform at last.
