摘要
本文论述了压力电炸炉的工作原理和设计理论,推导了有关的技术设计公式,对典型部件提出了合理的结构设计。
Electric pressure fryer is the advanced and excellent food apparatus which are used widely in the world recently. The fundamentals and device theory of the electric pressure fryer and semiautomatic filter are proved in this academic thesis. And also all the formulas of technical design are presented with married theory to the practice. On the basis of scientifical testing production prototype of electric pressure fryer and semiautomatic filter. Also some special components are designed scientificaly in the structure.
