新型电耙运搬出矿系统与设备的工业试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 缓倾斜中厚~厚矿体的采矿 ,因采场出矿运搬效率低、采切工作量大等突出问题 ,一直被视为一世界采矿难题。试验运用先进的振动助流技术与YZZ型振动助流器 ,优化配置传统电耙运搬设备 ,同时采用高效的YSP型水炮劈石器进行大块二次破碎 ,首创一种高效、低成本的堑沟受矿振动助流采场出矿运搬系统。实践表明 ,本系统具有出矿能力大 (比传统重力自溜电耙出矿提高 4 5 % )、采切工程量少、效率高、同时结构简单。 Because of the problems such as low efficiency of ore drawing and huge load of picking and cutting,the extraction of flat dip medium thick and thick orebodies has been regarded as a challenge by the world mining circle.By applying advanced vibration flow aiding techniques and YZZ vibration flow aiding machine to optimize the configuration of the traditional electric rake delivering equipment and by applying an effective YSP water blasting based rock breaker in the secondary breaking,the experiment research has initiated a highly effective low cost ore drawing system of stope with ore gathering by trench and vibration flow aiding.The practice has shown that the system has the advantages of high ore drawing capacity (45% higher than that of the conventional gravity flow electric rake),small amount and high efficiency of picking and cutting,simple structure and easy execution.
