摘要
利用爆炸加载动焦散测试系统 ,进行了有机玻璃材料的透射式动焦散模型试验 ,对含人工节理的材料中爆生裂纹扩展的细观行为进行了研究 ,获得了爆生裂纹扩展穿过节理的一般规律 .试验表明 ,爆生裂纹穿过节理时 ,并不是直接沿原方向 ,而是偏离一段距离后继续扩展 ,爆生裂纹的扩展与切缝和节理的夹角以及炮孔与节理间的距离有直接关系 .对穿过节理前后爆生裂纹尖端应力强度因子的定量分析结果表明 ,由于节理的影响 ,应力强度因子存在
Transitive dynamic caustic model experiments were carried out with a transparent birefringence material on a dynamic caustic measuring system. The propagation of cracks in man-made jointed materials and the effects of a joint to stress waves were investigated, and the general regularity of crack propagation across a joint was gained. The research results show that the direction of its propagation is different from the original one after a crack has crossed a joint and the propagation of a crack is relative to the angle between the slotted cartridge and the joint and the distance between the bore hole and the joint. The analysis of the dynamic stress intensity factor for the tip of cracks induced by blasting shows that there are its two peak values when a crack crosses a joint because of the effect of the joint.
