在农村人口老龄化的现实背景下 ,建立农村老年医疗保障具有重要的现实意义。它有利于提高农村老人的生存质量 ,促进农村老龄问题的解决 ;有利于促进农村社会保障制度的建立和社会主义公平原则的实现 ;有利于维护社会稳定 ,促进社会发展。
It is meaningful to establish medical insurance for the aged in the rural area when China is facing the situation of aging of the country's population, because it is helpful to improve living quality for the old in the rural area. It can help promote the establishment of social insurance system of the country, the realization of the principle of social equality and the social stability.
