摘要
本文运用生态经济学理论,分析了铜川市生态破坏的现状,建立了黄土高原区生态破坏经济损失的评价系统,提出了调整经济结构,建立现代化“城郊型”农业,加快水土保持工作步伐,逐步控制生态破坏,实现经济建设与生态建设协调发展的对策。
This paper analyscs the present situation damaged according to the principle of eco-economics for ecology in Tongchuan City, sets up the assessment system of ecological damage and economic losses in loess plateau, and proposes the countermeasures to set up the modcrnized 'suburbs type' agriculture, strengthen the soil and water conservation, control the ecological damage, and realize the harmonious development between constructions of the economy and the ecology.
