斯氏狸殖吸虫卵泡发育的透射电镜初步观察

摘要 用透射电镜观察斯氏狸殖吸虫雌性卵巢皮质中不同发育阶段的各级卵泡。卵泡由卵母细胞及围绕它的卵泡细胞所组成,卵母细胞在其发育过程中行减数分裂,属终端减数分裂类型。描叙了第一次减数分裂前期中的部分阶段,即细线期、合线期和粗线期。卵泡细胞通过有丝分裂进行繁殖。观察了有丝分裂的前期和后期。 This paper first reports on the ultrastructure of the follicular development of Pagumogonimus skrjabni by transmission electron microscopy.The fresh ovary specimens were isolated from the adult worm of P.skrjabini under the dissection microscope,before being fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde. The ovary consists of outer cortex and a central medulla in P.skrjabini. The cortex of the ovary particularly in the adult worm contains many growing follicles.As the oocyte begins to grow,the flattened follicular cells become cuboidal and proliferete rapidly to form a stratified epithelium.The oocyte develops by meiotic division.It is a type of terminal meiotic division.During the prophase of the first meiotic division,leptotene,zygotene and pachytene stages were observed. The mitotic division was observed in the follicular cells of P.skrjabini,and only prophase and anaphase were observed.
