摘要
本文旨在将计算机数据库技术引入城市规划、建设和管理中,使其实现决策数量化、科学化。在分析了城建信息系统特点的基础上,提出了数据库管理系统的构成、功能、模型和应用程序等一系列构想。为该系统具体设计提供了基本框架。
This paper intends to introduce the technique of computer data storage to the projection, construction and administration of a city. Based on the analysis of the information characteristic of Xianyang and using the idea of system engineering the paper makes a discussion on the characteristics, composition, functions, model and application process of. the system, providing the actual design of the system with a frame work.
