摘要
本文利用电导脉冲示踪法和亚硫酸钠氧化法分别测定了小型外环流反应器的混合特性和传质特性。结果表明,该反应器中液相混合模型近似于理想混合模型;与其他反应器相比,该反应器具有较好的传质特性。为外环流反应器的实验室应用提供了依据。
In this paper, test has been carried out to study the mixing and mass transfer properties of the laboratory scale outer-loop reactor with the electric conductivity tracing device and the sulfite exidation method respectively. The study proves that the liquid mixing model approximates to the ideal mixing model in the reactor; compared with others, this reactor shows the advantage in mass transfor property. This result offers the evidence to the laboratory utilization of the outer-loop reactor.
