摘要
从没食子酸衍生物和葡萄糖出发 ,采用了基团选择性保护、酯化、钯碳催化脱苄基和控制酸水解等步骤 ,合成了三种没食子单宁化合物 (6 -O - ,3,6 -二 -O - ,3,4 ,6 -三 -O -没食子酰 -D -葡萄糖 )以及三种基于呋喃葡萄糖环的没食子单宁结构类似物 [6 -O - ,3,6 -二 -O - ,3,4 ,6 -三 -O -没食子酰 - (1,2 -O -异丙叉基 ) -α-D -呋喃葡萄糖。基于薄层色谱、核磁氢谱和元素分析 。
Three gallotannins, 6-O-galloyl-D-glucose 7, 3,6-di-O-galloyl-D-glucose 8 and 3,4,6-tri-O-galloyl-D-glucose 9, have been synthesized by a series of reactions which consists of selective deprotecting, esterifying partially protected glucose with tri-O-benzylgalloyl chlorides 3, debenzylation and acid hydrolysis. The intermediates involved were 6-O-galloyl-(1,2-O-isopropylidene)-α-D-glucofuranose 4, 3,6-di-O-galloyl-(1,2-O-isopropylidene)-α-D-glucofuranose 5 and 3,5,6-tri-O-galloyl-(1,2-O-isopropylidene)-α-D-glucofuranose 6. The data of thin-layer chromatography(TLC),complete proton NMR assignments and elemental analysis were presented for compounds 4~9.
