摘要
静脉注射有机碘造影剂引起急性过敏反应,对任何需要做尿路造影、血管造影等诊断方法的医师是一个重要的问题。本文报告6例有严重碘过敏反应患者,采用大剂量皮质醇和抗组织胺联合应用,成功地预防了过敏反应的再发生。
Acute reactions following the intravasular administration of organic iodides are a major problem tO clinical doctors who request such diagnostic studies as intravenous pyelography arteriography or cholangiography.This paper reports 6 cases in which possible serious anaphylaxis reactions to organic iodides were prevented by using high-dosage steroid and antihista- mines.The main preventive measures and methods are discussed.
