摘要
本文用色素明胶动静脉连续灌注法和Murray氏最小能量原理。对人和SD大鼠脑切片上的动脉和微动脉的“Y”型分支结构进行了形态计量学研究。结果表明,人和大鼠脑内动脉分支结构基本符合最小能量原理,理论分析能够反映脑内动脉分支的形态特征。对人和鼠脑内动脉的分支特征进行比较,人脑内动脉的分支结构与鼠相比,在一定程度上更符合最优化原理。
In this paper the Y-like bifurcations from theneonatal and rat brain were studied by using thedyed-gelatine injection and Murray's optimal prin-ciple. The results showed that the Y-like structure ofthe neonatal and rat brain accord with the optimal prin-ciple, the theoretical prediction may portray themorphological feature of the arterial branches. Bycompatasion, the neonatal arterial branches agree morewith the principle.
