摘要
本文以国内外学者所采用的高温处理异种无机骨(HHAB,900℃~1400℃处理骨)为对照组,通过χ线片,光镜组织学,四环素标记荧光和扫描电镜等观察和分析,证明只需要较低温度处理(400℃)即可去除骨有机成分。同时,这种低温处理异种无机骨(LHAB)具有良好的组织相容性,具有骨引导性,移植后能修复一定的骨缺损,是一种可望用于临床的异种骨移植材料。
Two kinds of heterogenous anorganic bone(HAB)one was treated by lower temperature(LHAB) and the other by higher temperature(LHAB),were compared and observed byroentgenograhy, histology (light microscpe), tetracyclinefluorescence labeling method, scanning electronic micro-scope. The results confirm that the lower temper-ature (400℃) can remove the remained organic partof the bone, and the LHAB is possessed of good bio-compatibility and osteoinduction. Half a pear later, theimplanted bone induced bone formation and bridged alarge osseous defect. Therefore the conclusion isthat this LHAB may be used in clinical medicine.
