摘要
本文对322例女性下生殖道尖锐湿疣的临床特点作了分析,指出激光辅以用药是较理想的治疗方法,一次治愈率为78.37%。本文讨论了妊娠合并尖锐湿疣与癌的关系,322例中癌变6例,重度非典型增生1例,癌变率为1.86%。
The clinical feature in 322 cases with condylomata-acuminata in the female lower genital tract was ana-lysed in this paper. It indicated that the carbon dioxidelaser was an ideal treatment for this disease at presentAntiviral medicine, such as interferon, is needed, Thecure rate with CO_2 laser once was 78.37%. The pregnan-cy associated with condyoma and the relation betweencondylomata acummata and carcinoma were discussed6 of 322 cases of the patients developed malignantchange and one patient had severe dysplasia. The inci-dence of malignant change was 1.86%.
