摘要
四川是一个以天然气为主的碳酸岩裂缝性油气藏盆地。天然气井独有的特点 ,给钻井工作带来很大的难度。通过几十年的钻井实践和不断探索 ,四川已经形成了一整套天然气井的钻井工艺技术 ,至今还在不断完善和发展。文章介绍了四川地区钻天然气井的特点 ,并从井身结构设计、平衡钻井与井控、钻井液、固井等几个方面 ,阐述了天然气井在钻井中经常遇到的一些技术问题 ,提出应重点考虑和解决的工艺技术问题。
Fractured carbonate gas reservoirs have been mainly found in Sichuan Basin and the particularity of natural gas wells has brought on a great deal of difficulties in drilling.Through drilling practice and unceasingly probing for several tens of years,a set of techniques of drilling natural gas wells have been formed and they are uninterruptedly improved and expanded up to now.In the paper,the characteristics of drilling gas wells in Sichuan Basin are introduced;some technical problems met commonly in drilling gas wells are expounded from several aspects as casing program design,balanced pressure drilling and well control,drilling fluid,and well cementing,etc.;and several technological problems considered and solved emphatically are proposed.
