摘要
目的 探讨不同剂量巴曲酶对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌流的保护作用。方法 采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉缺血再灌流模型。利用计量病理学方法进行评价。结果 与对照组相比 ,巴曲酶组急性型神经元所占比例明显减少 (P <0 0 1) ,随着用药剂量增加急性型神经元所占比例呈增加趋势。结论 巴曲酶对脑缺血有保护作用 ,其保护作用与剂量有关。
Objective To study the protective effect of different dosage Batroxobin after cerebral ischemic reperfusion.Methods The local cerebral ischemic reperfusion model with thread embolism of MCA was made.The quantitative pathological method was used to evalutate ischemic neuronal damage.Results The acute type neurons in Bathroxin groups were increased,the delay type neurons were decreased as compared with control group.Furthermore,the percentage of acute type neurons was ascended as Batroxobin dosages increased.Conclusion Batroxobin had significantly protective effect and related with its dosages.
