摘要
研究了Nd -Fe -B稀土永磁材料表面镀覆非晶态Ni-P合金技术 ,主要包括化学镀Ni-P合金、电化学性能测试、浸渍实验测定失重率、X射线衍射测定镀层的非晶态结构和扫描电镜研究镀层的表面结构形貌。研究结果表明 ,镀层耐腐蚀性能良好 ,失重率为 3.13×10 -5g/cm2 ;镀层表面平整 ,无晶态颗粒析出 ,结构是非晶态。
The article studied the technology which noncrystal Ni-P alloy is deposited on Nd-fe-B lanthanum materials.It mainly included depositing Ni-P alloy in chemical deposition way; testing the electrochemical capability of samples;infusion experiment to get weightlessness rate;X-Ray experinemt to test deposited structure of layers.The results showed that they had good resisting eroded capability.The infusion experiments showed that structure of deposited layer was noncrystal.
