摘要
矿石的损失率与矿石的贫化率是矿山企业在生产管理中中最重要的二项指标。矿石的贫化与损失较高 ,是造成矿产资源浪费和制约矿山企业经济效益突出问题。本文提出了准确、计算二率的方法 ,详细分析和阐述了我国现有金属矿山企业在生产和管理方面产生矿石二率的原因及后果 ,结合本人在矿山企业生产和管理的经验 ,提出了正确使用和选择采矿方法 ,科学合理确定采场结构参数 ,完善回采工艺 ,加强采场技术管理。加强地压管理及采空区的处理 ,强化施工质量等一系列科学有效的方法与措施 ,从而降低矿石二率有助于矿山企业综合分析管理 ,提高矿山企业综合经济效益。
The loss and the dilation rates of minerals are two most important indexes in the management of mine enterprises. This two higher rates result in the waste of mine resources and restriction its economic benefit. In this paper the anther suggests his methods to count exactly the two rates. He also analyse in detail and demonstrates the causes and the results of the two rates in Chinese metal mine enterprises. The author according to his experience , suggests how to use correctly and choose the mining method, decide scientifically the mining parameters and so on . In addition, he proposes we should strong then stop technology management and ground pressure one, and intensify work quality, etc. Au this can reduce the two rates and contribute to the management.It can increase the economic benefit.
