摘要
研究了企业间电子商务的战略规划问题 .首先从应用企业间电子商务增强企业竞争力的角度出发 ,明确了企业间电子商务战略规划的目标 .然后 ,提出了包含 9步的企业间电子商务战略规划方法 .在此基础上 ,讨论了战略规划过程中要特别注意的问题 .初步应用得到的结果表明该方法是科学、有效和可操作的 .
This paper studies the strategic planning for B2B E business. First, the object of strategic planning for the B2B E business to improve the competitive competence of the firms is constructed. Then, the method of strategic planning for the B2B E business with nine steps are investigated. Furthermore, the special issues that should be paid attention to during the process of strategic planning are discussed. The method has been applied in several firms and the good results are obtained.
