摘要
以玉米为原料,添加苹果,在食品添加剂作用下,制成营养丰富的挂面。探讨了产品的工艺参数和配方。
The corn flour and apple can be processed into nourishing noodle by adding food additives.In this paper,the technological conditions are discussed.
