摘要 以对肼基苯磺酸为起始原料 ,经 6步反应合成了 2个可用于 DNA荧光标记的不对称水溶性菁染料。采用三元展开剂体系 ,用制备薄层色谱方法分离提纯各中间体和产物 。 Two water soluble unsymmetrical cyanine dyes, which can be used as fluorescence tag in DNA labeling, was synthesized from p hydrazino benzenesulfonic acid by 6 steps. A ternary solvent were developed and used as eluant in purification of intermediates and final dyes by PTLC method. The yields were as good as that of the HPLC method that had been reported.
