摘要
对承受外压的纵骨式双层柱壳结构应力计算方法进行了研究 ,首先在构造性各向异性壳假设下 ,将内外壳板视为弹性地基梁 ,建立了内外壳板、实肋板的平衡方程 ,利用内外壳板与实肋板相接处位移协调 ,求解内外壳板的中面应力以及实肋板载荷传递值 ;然后利用扁壳理论以及应力函数方法建立了内外壳板壳体平衡方程 ,并利用梁振型函数的级数展开逼近位移和应力函数 ,求解出内外壳板典型部位的表面应力 ,通过与有限元计算值比较 ,说明本计算方法正确可行 .
The stress calculation of circular cylindrical double shell system with stringers is studied. The hypothesis of constructively antisotropic shell is made, regarding inner and outside circular cylindrical shell as beams supported on elastic foundation. The equilibrium equations of double shell and connected plate are established. The membrane stresses of double shell and transmitted force by the connected plate are solved. This method builds shell equilibrium using the shallow shell theory and stress function method, adopting series expansion of beam′s vibrational mode to approaching displacement and stress function of the system and giving the surface stresses of double shell. It is shown that the method is correct comparing with the results obtained by FEM.
