摘要
主要从鳄鱼皮的粒面特点、形态结构及应用等方面出发 ,充分考虑了制革过程中机械磨耗对鳄鱼皮的作用 ,加强了对化工材料的选择 ,同时在灰碱烧鳞、漂色、鞣制、复鞣、染色、加脂、整饰等几个技术关键进行了细致的研究 ,提出了制造高档鳄鱼皮革的制革工艺。
In accordance with grain characteristic and histological structure of crocodile skin, a novel technology for producing crocodile leather was developed. It was found that the quality of resultant leather was influenced remarkably by mechanical action and that a moderate mechanical action in processes is necessary to prevent from mechanical damage. Liming, bleaching, tanning, retanning, dyeing, fatliquoring and finishing are key processes for making high quality leather. The optimized conditions for the processes, including proper application of leather chemicals, were described in detail.
