摘要
通过对精米中微量元素铁铜锰锌的含量测定 ,对比分析白色糯米和普通白米、有色米和白色米中的含量差异 .结果表明 :有色米。
Determine the concentrations of trace elements in polished grains of rice and balance the difference of concentrations in sticky rice,color rice and ordinary rice, find out the concentrations of Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn in polished rice grains sticky rice and color rice is higher than ordinary rice.
