摘要
目的 探讨十二指肠溃疡患者幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染与胃窦粘膜炎症反应和炎症介质含量的关系。 方法 取70例十二指肠溃疡患者胃窦粘膜组织作炎症活动性和炎症程度分级、Hp W -S染色和炎症介质含量测定。结果 十二指肠溃疡患者胃窦粘膜炎症反应Hp阳性者比阴性者严重 ;且十二指肠溃疡患者胃窦粘膜炎症活动性和炎症程度分级与Hp感染分级呈正相关。Hp阳性者胃窦粘膜内炎症介质含量比Hp阴性者高 ,且炎症介质含量随着Hp感染程度和胃窦炎症反应的加重而升高。结论
Objective To study relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and antral gastritis and inflammatory mediators of patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods Gastric antral biopsy specimens were taken from seventy patients with duodenal ulcer.The degrees of acute and chronic antral gastritis were measured ;Warthin-Starry staining was performed for Hp infection and inflammatory mediators were detected. Results Degrees of acute and chronic antral gastritis of patients with duodenal ulcer were significantly greater in Hp positive than those in Hp negative mucosa,which were associated with severity grades of Hp infection in the antrum. Expressions of inflammatory mediators in the antrum were significantly greater in Hp positive than those in Hp negative mucosa, and correlated with grades of Hp in the antrum and with degrees of acute and chronic antral inflammation.Conclusion Inflammatory mediators may play an important role in pathogenesis of Hp-associated gastritis and duodenal ulcer.
