摘要
目的:分析多焦视网膜电图(mERG)三维地形图中央区振幅密度值与中心视力的相关性,探索其评价客观中心视力的可行性。方法:检测了43只视力正常及117只视力不同程度下降眼,按年龄分成≥50岁和<50岁两个年龄组,分别行mERG和中心视力测定,取三维地形图中央区域(0~1.43deg)振幅密度值,与中心视力进行直线回归分析。另随机选择40只眼作回归方程的验证。结果:≥50岁和<50岁年龄组中央振幅密度值(Y)与中心视力 (X)均存在显著正相关性,相关系数分别为0.830和0.821(P<0.01),两组回归方程分别为:Y=17.523x; Y=18.925x(P<0.01),≥50岁组的回归系数低于<50岁组(t=2.023;P<0.05);实验验证基本符合率分别达70%和65%。结论:mERG三维地形图中央区振幅密度值与中心视力呈正相关性,是评价中心视力的一种有效客观检测手段。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between the response densities of three-dimensional plots at the central area in multifocal elec-troretinogram (mERG) and the central visual acuity, and to investigate the possibility of mERG in evaluating objective central visual acuities.Methods: 117 eye with decreased sight which were divided into two groups randomly by the age, ≥50 years group and <50 years group, and 43 eyes with normal sight were tested with mERG and central visual acuities. The linear regression between amplitude densities of three-dimensional plots at the central area in mERG and central visual acuities was explored.Results: There were significant positive correlations (P<0.01) in both groups between the central visual acuities and the amplitude densities of three-dimensional plots at foveal area in mERG, the correlation coefficients were 0.830 and 0.821; respectively. The formulas of linear regression in ≥50 years group and <50 years group were Y= 17.523x and Y= 18.925x, respectively. The coefficient of regression in ≥50 years group was lower than that in <50 years group (P<0.05). The ratios of coincidence between the results from formula and the actual data in the two groups were 70% and 65% , respectively.Conclusions: There are positive correlations between response densities of three-dimensional plots at central area in mERG and the central visual acuities. mERG seems an effective way to evaluate the objective central visual acuity.
