摘要
目的:应用HRT-Ⅱ(Heideberg Retina Tomograph)系统测定正常人眼的视盘结构参数。方法:随机筛选出的不同年龄的正常个体100名,依年龄分成3组进行HRT-Ⅱ检查,得出不同年龄人体的视盘参数的正常值。结果:应用HRT-Ⅱ系统提供的视盘各类参数,主要是杯的面积(cup area),缘的面积(rim area),杯的深度(cup depth),杯的容积(cup volume),杯/盘面积比(cup/disc area ratio),缘容积(rim area),平均神经纤维层的厚度(NFL),通过统计分析3组数值无显著差异。结论:通过比较该组数据,较以往欧洲及美国所提供的数据有一定差异,该组数据值较以往国内参考值亦有差异,可供我们在今后工作中参考。
Objective: To measure the optic disc of normal people with confocal scanning laser tomography.Methods: 100 normal volunteers randomly selected were divided into 3 groups according to their age and were checked with Heideberg retina tomography Ⅱ (HRT Ⅱ). The normal parameter standard for optic nerve head of different aged people, including cup area, rim area, cup depth, cup volume, cup/disc area ratio, rim volume, and mean RNFL thickness, were established. Results: There were no differences between the 3 groups in statistics.Conclusions: Although these values are different from those of Europe, the USA, and other domestic reports, the data could be used as a reference.
