摘要
目的 :探讨乙肝病毒 (HBV)感染外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)对T细胞亚群的影响。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测了 6 0例慢性乙肝患者PBMC中HBVDNA ,同时应用直接致敏红细胞花环法检测患者T细胞亚群。结果 :慢性乙肝患者PBMC中HBVDNA总检出率为 6 8.3% ,与PBMC中HBVDNA阴性组相比 ,HBVDNA阳性组患者CD8细胞增加 ,CD4 /CD8细胞比值显著下降。结论 :慢性乙肝患者T细胞亚群变化与HBV感染PBMC有关 。
Objective:To investigate the relation of Hepatitis B virus infection of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) to the change of T cells subpopulation. Methods:We used the PCR to determine the presence of HBV DNA in PBMC obtained from 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B(CH) and analysed lymphocyte subsets by sensitized sheep red cell test. Results:HBV DNA could be detected in PBMC in 68% patients with CH and a significant increase of CD 8+ cells (P<0.05) and decrease of CD 4+/CD 8+ ration (P<0.01) of patients with HBV DNA in PBMC compared with patients without HBV DNA in PBMC could be observed. Conclusions:The patients with chronic hepatitis B had a change of T lymphocyte subset, paticularly a significant increase in CD 8+ lymphocytes, correlated with HBV infection of PBMC, which may be one of the causes that lead patients to persistent infection and delayed clearance of HBV.
