摘要
用无纺针刺法制备了苎麻落麻纤维毡,测量了毡的面密度及其分布,并用这种无纺毡制备了增强环氧、不饱和聚酯等树脂基复合材料,测试和讨论了其力学性能,用扫描电镜观察了复合材料的拉伸断面形貌。探讨了苎麻落麻纤维无纺毡复合材料的应用。所制得的苎麻落麻纤维无纺毡既可作为复合材料的表面毡使用,又可作为复合材料增强毡使用。
A noil ramie fiber mat was manufactured by means of needle punching. Surface density and distribution of the noil ramie fiber mat were measured. The mechanical properties of unsaturated polyester composites and epoxy composites reinforced by noil ramie fiber mat were measured and discussed. The fractural surface morphology of its composites was observed by SEM. The application possibility of non-woven noil ramie fiber mat in composites was also discussed. The non-woven noil ramie fiber mat manufactured can be used as both surface mat and reinforcing mat for the composites.
