摘要
目前广泛使用的疲劳试验机多为机械式,其最大缺点在于调幅时需停机并通过手动调节,费时费力。本文提出的创新结构采用一种新型的双曲柄连杆差速调相组合机构,可以通过调整相位角进行调幅,简便易行,而且与计算机配合使用可实现自动调幅调频。这一创新结构同样可应用于振幅需要调节的其它振动机械,从而向自动化、智能化迈进。
Most of present widely-used fatigue testing machines are mechanical type.Its greatest disadvantage is to have to turn off the testing machine and to modulate manually when modulating amplitude.It is present ed in this paper that amplitude modulation can be done conveniently by modulating phase angle with a kind of new type dual-crank-connecting-link differential phase modulation assembled mechanism,and automatic frequency and amplitude modulation can be done automatically with computers.The innovative mechanism can also be applied in others vibrating mechanic systems which vibrating amplitude need to be modulated to realize automation and intelligentizing.This testing machine is now brought into use.
